Worship This Weekend

A-New-Look_Web-300

We’ll take a “New Look at Some Old Stories” (that’s the name of the first seven-week sermon series of 2012), by introducing you (or inviting you back into) some of the less familiar, but incredibly important, stories of the Old Testament.

Most of these stories have an edge to them. Why did God punish Adam and Eve? Why did God test Abraham’s faith in such a dangerous way? Why did God send the plagues? Even the most faithful Christians sometimes have difficulty with these portions of Scripture.

But rather than ignore them, we’ll head straight into the middle of the storms for the sake of finding God’s truth.
