Creative Arts Ministry
Express Your Faith offers Christ-centered creative communication and education experiences, with service to God through the arts. Activities for all ages encourage creative expression as a means to glorify God and strengthen our faith.

Hear the Word
Learn and experience God's Word creatively through art-based workshops, presentations, performance and the viewing of visual art.
Accept It
Participate with a variety of creative art forms that use spiritual gifts for the purpose of sharing God's Word and expressing your faith.
Produce a Crop
Mission out to the world around us with God's Word through the creative arts, to develop relationships that unite people together as one body in Christ and grow God's Kingdom.
Summer 2008 EYF Opportunites
Open Art Studio for Adults: For anyone age 18+
Tuesdays, June 3 & 17; July 1 & 15; August 5 & 19, from 7:00-9:00 pm, Room 100
Bring a project you are working on, or create artwork using the supplies provided. Free-will offerings will be accepted for supplies used.
Creating with the Creator: for anyone age 18+
Saturday, July 12, from 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
Porter Greenbelt Shelter, 10495 Maddox Parkway (South of 7 Flags Fitness Center)
This is the first in a series of art workshops that will also offer
Bible study and prayer. Bring your Bible, art supplies, and a lawn chair or blanket. Register by July 6.
Cost: $10 (continental breakfast and lunch will be served)
Friday Night Art Night for Youth - Open Studio:
For students entering grades 7 - 12
Girls participate June 13, July 11, August 8
Guys participate June 27 and August 22
8:00-10:00 pm
Spend a summer evening painting, drawing, making jewelry, or creating sculpture. Free-will offerings will be accepted to help cover the cost of supplies. Students will be divided by grade level as needed.
Express Your Faith for Youth: For students entering grades 6 - 9
August 4, 5, 6 and 11, 12, 13, from 6:00-8:30 pm, Rm 101
Students are invited to experience God’s Word through a variety of workshops including: watercolor painting, pastel drawing, sculpture, clay, dance and more (Click Here for Details!). Participate as many nights are you are available. You may sign up for a different workshop each evening.
