Mission Riverside registration form

The registration fee is $5.00 per person (kids 6 and under are free).   Please send or drop off payment at Hope prior to the day you plan to serve. If you have not paid when you arrive at Riverside, your registration fee will be collected at that time. Registration fees pay for your food and beverages for the day. Timely payment is very much appreciated! If you are unable to pay due to financial circumstances, simply make note on your registration form.
