Rock the Block with Habitat for Humanity
Thursday, Sept. 23
Lutheran Church of Hope is partnering with Habitat for Humanity of Des Moines to clean up and improve an entire block of homes in Des Moines. Ways we can help are: home repair and maintenance projects, handicap accessibility projects, painting, landscaping and general exterior beautification. For more information click here.

Umzimvubu Update: In 2008 World Vision brought their traveling exhibit, "World Vision Experience: AIDS," to Hope and we were educated on the plight of orphaned children in Africa. Part of the Experience included Hope's adoption of the Umzimvubu Area Development Project (ADP) in South Africa through World Vision. For an update on the ADP, click here.
