Mission Riverside is a family-friendly opportunity designed to accommodate busy summer schedules. Come up on Saturday to get in on the fun with your Hope family. This is a great chance to serve and connect with others by working together. Missionaries from Hope build cabins, assist with repair projects, and spruce up the campgrounds.
Riverside Lutheran Bible Camp is located near Story City, Iowa -- about an hour from metro Des Moines.

Who can go?
All ages and skill levels are welcome! There will be "pros" on hand to help you get started. This is a family-friendly mission opportunity. Parents are strongly encouraged to bring their children so families can experience the joy of serving together.
What is the schedule?
6:30 am - 7:30 am Continental breakfast in the Retreat Center
7:30 am - 8:00 Check in and begin mission work at Hope Village
9:45 Break
Noon – 1:00 pm Devotions & Lunch in the Retreat Center
1:00 - 5:00 pm Mission projects
Swimming is available 1:30–4:30 beginning June 30. Children 12
years and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
3:00 Break
5:00 pm Depart for home
What is the cost of the trip?
$5.00 (kids age 6 and under are free) due upon registration. Please send or drop off payment at Hope prior to the day you plan to serve. If you have not paid when you arrive at Riverside, your registration fee will be collected at that time. Registration fees pay for your food and beverages for the day. Timely payment is very much appreciated! If you are unable to pay due to financial circumstances, simply make note on your registration form.
