Hospital Visitation

If you are going to be hospitalized and would like a visit, please call the church office with the date of your hospitalization and the name of the hospital. A visitation minister will visit you during your hospital stay. Please do not rely on the hospital to notify the church, as frequently Hope is not notified or is notified after your release. If you are interested in serving as a hospital visitor, contact Pam Avaux, Chaplain, at 222-1520, ext. 175 or pam.avaux@hopewdm.org.
